Home remedy for removing gallstones prescribed by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

(Please read the comments below for my detailed experience and outcome of trying out Dr. Lai’s method)

Good afternoon, dear friends :D

Last night, I suddenly had severe gastric pains and my husband had to take me to the hospital. After some examinations and an ultrasound scan, it was confirmed that I have a large gall stone in my gall bladder – it is 2.2 cm or 2/3 inch long.

After further consultations with the gastro surgeon, I was told to go for surgery to remove my gall bladder. He said this was the only solution as the gall stone is too big. I have never liked the idea of surgery and my only times spent overnight at the hospital were when I delivered my four children.

Nevertheless, this sudden development in my health has got me really all shaken up and I am really terrified of this surgery. My husband and I have yet to set a date for this proposed surgery as we want to find out more information on gall stones and the repercussions of have my gall bladder removed.

We did asked the surgeon what will happen to me when I don’t have a gall bladder…he didn’t give a satisfying reply and we are now under the impression that he just wants to make some money out of this surgery.

In a short while, I am going back to the hospital (it is a private hospital) to have a gastro scope done of my stomach…the surgeon wanted to be sure that my stomach is ulcer free and check for some bacteria there.

In the meantime, I have spoken to a few people – Master atan, my healer friends Yoong Cheh and Chimmal – and thus far, they have all suggested that I delay the surgery to remove my gall stone first and in the meantime, I can follow some proven natural remedies to get rid of my gallstones. They have some friends who had carried the natural remedies successfully….

So, I am going to try this Natural Remedy of Removing Gallstones for about 3 rounds (I was told the second round is even better in getting rid of gall stones)……hope you can wish me luck and success in doing this and I don’t have to go for surgery.

I will keep you posted of my gallstone elimination development following the Natural Method here and if it works (no, I should stay positive and tell myself “IT WILL WORK”), you would know this is indeed a good and effective way of removing gall stones.

I have copied my earlier post of this natural remedy of removing gall stones here for your easy reference…it uses Apple Juice (can add fresh apples also), Epsom Salt and Olive Oil..

Good afternoon, dear friends :D

Yesterday, Master atan, a retired healer and fengshui Master, posted at his Dhealing forum HERE a way of removing gallstones that is safe, natural and tested – without going for any surgery. I was very impressed by this method and thought I would share it here with you as I’m sure many people will benefit from this technique.

Master atan said that gall bladder stones today can be easily removed by operation and the so called laparoscopy, a process using laser to remove the gall bladder stones. But there are still ways we can take other than to undergo these expensive treatments, surgeries and medicines to help you cured of gall stones.

Master atan had tried this method himself and has recommended it to many people to follow, advising that this is good and safe.

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan -

Gallstones may not be everyone’s concern but may lead to cancer. We all have them (big or small, many or few). “Cancer is never the 1st illness. There are a lot of other problems leading to cancer. I came across some materials stating that people with cancer usually had stones,” said Dr Lai of  China.

One symptom of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal as if you can’t digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.”

Dr Lai offers the apple juice treatment which is good for those with a weak liver. Liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

1) Drink 1 glass (250ml) 100% apple juice 4 times a day for 5 days. 1 glass at breakfast, 1 glass at lunch, 1 glass at dinner & 1 glass before going to bed. It softens the gallstones. Eat normally.

2) On the 6th day, skip dinner. At 6pm, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. At 8 PM, repeat the same for purging purpose. It helps to flush out all solid stuff. It also opens the gallbladder ducts. At 10 PM, drink half a glass of olive oil mixed with half a glass of lemon juice. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. Lemon juice helps to extract the stones out from gallbladder ducts.

Soon you will purge again. This time you can find greenish stuff floating in your toilet bowl, if you have gallstones. “You may want to count them. I have had people who passed out 40, 50 or up to 100 stones.” as told by Dr Lee. “Even if you don’t have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It’s always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up every now and then.”

Something more to share by Master atan -

“Dr Lai Chiu Nan’s “6 Days Apple Juice Treatment” works wonderfully to remove gallstones in a natural way. I came to know this more than 10 years ago and many of my friends had benefited from this treatment without going for operation.

Mr AT almost had his gallbladder operated in the hospital in 1996. When we met up just a few days before his operation appointment, he gave it a try when I told him about this apple juice treatment. The doctor was surprised of the disappearance of gallstones when Mr AT went to the hospital for a re-examination. He passed on this good news to his friends and relatives so much so that whenever a person wanted to buy Epsom salt from the pharmacy in that town, straight away the sales personnel at the pharmacy knew that it’s for the removal of gallstones treatment.

Mr LMK also drank the apple juice and passed out the gallstones. Mr AY called me and asked for the apple juice treatment for his Indonesian worker who refused to go for operation. According to Mr AY, his worker suffered great pain and could hardly walk. One week later, Alan called again saying that his worker still suffered the pain. I told him to bring his worker to see Mr LMK who could give a testimonial to him so that he would repeat the 6 Days treatment one more time. Later I received good news from Mr AY that his worker was able to walk without pain after passing out the gallstones. No operation was required. Mr LMK also told me that the worker thanked him many times whenever they met each other in town for the encouragement and confidence given to him.”

Master atan said that in order for it to be more effective, drink green apple juice. You can buy 100% pure apple juice from supermarket in 2 liters packing. The treatment needs 6 liters only (4 x 250ml = 1 liter per day). Nevertheless, do include apple juice as one of your daily drinks. It’s good for you, he said.

There you have it – a really safe and natural way of removing any gallstones. I’m going to try this out to see for myself and then get my husband to do it also. A word of caution though, I believe we should be aware of the high sugar content of consuming so much apple juice over the 6 days and it is best to cut off all other sources of sugar intake during this treatment period. Also, since it is spanned over 6 days and we are expected to purge a few times on the 6th day, it is best to start this treatment on a Monday or Tuesday…leaving the weekend free to be spending more time in the toilet.

I wish you all good health always,

choesf :D

Day 1 update (after I found out I have a large gallbladder)

I am a total optimist today because after consultation with Master, Chimmal and some friends, my husband and I have decided that I will not go for the surgery to remove my whole gall bladder…instead with Master’s good natural and safe remedy of removing gall stones and with Master’s and Chimmal’s healing prayers for me, I will recover quickly from this.

It is now midnight here – thus far today, I have consumed slightly more than 1 litre or 4 cups of unsweetened apple juice. In between, I also ate whole red and green apples. Dr Lai said green apples are better for this treatment.

Even my Economy Rice Stall lady boss, who is a nice lady in her 60’s and into health remedies, told me she has done this Natural Gall Stones Removal treatment and she even told me that even for healthy people, it is recommended that we do this treatment every 2 years to maintain a healthy gall bladder and kidneys.

On the scope done of my stomach, the doctor found a small polyp there and a sample tissue was taken for examination to see if it is benign or malignant (cancerous) but the nurses told me it is likely to be benign. I will only know the results when I see my gastro-surgeon this Saturday..and I will definitely keep you posted of the results.

Just now a friend read this post here and phoned me up – she said she also had an ultrasound scan and stomach scope some time ago and found out she had a 0.8 cm gall stone. Her doctor advised her not to go for surgery since she didn’t have any pains (I never had any pains before and now, only some gastric pains on Sunday night). Instead her doctor also asked her to try the Apple Juice/Olive remedy. She said she did one round of the treatment but she didn’t pass out any gall stones….but, a scan done on her gallstone later showed that it had reduced in size. She has 2 friends who were in much pain and were about to go for surgery when they tried this Natural Cure for gall stones and it worked for them effectively, too.

I had very light, small meals throughout the day – a small bowl of plain porridge with some vegetables, 2 cups of Milo with oatmeal, and some multigrain biscuits. There is still a lot of bloating in my stomach and I am burping often. However, good news, I think I am slimmer today due to lesser food intake but I could be wrong!

I will keep a daily update here on my progress. Good Night! I’m going to bed now.

With best wishes for good health,

      Day 2 Update

I have found the apple juice too sweet for my liking and have started to have the cup of apple juice diluted with water. Today, I didn’t eat whole apples because I am starting to get tired of apple juice and apples.

Breakfast was a cup of apple juice, 2 half boiled eggs, and a slice of unbuttered soft, white bread (the kopitiam type).

Lunch was a simple Rice Vermicelli with Chicken and Mustard Greens Soup, but it seems that I can’t finish it all at one go. I divided the portions into two and I had the other one during dinner.

Yesterday, my energy levels were low because my total daily caloric intake has reduced because I am eating fruits most of the time, and very light, non-oily meals. But today, I think my body is adjusting to this routine and I don’t feel as tired.

By bedtime, I had to have a cup of plain Milo (no milk nor sugar added) with a few tablespoons of oatmeal added … I was feeling hungry and couldn’t fall asleep with a growling stomach. Anyway, with my history of gastric pains, it is better that I eat something.

    Dear Choesf,
this is a terrible news you have given. I wish you a speedy non surgical recovery. I am so sure that this apple remedy will work. Stay way from the surgery as long as it is safe to do so. You are right that doctors these days do go after money, more than the patients well being. Don’t worry, our prayers are with you.
You are my inspirational icon and I know that you will come out of this trouble with flying colors.

Did you not go for a second opinion?? Like with another hospital, another specialist??

    Please take care.

    Day 3 Update -

Today, I progressed to plain white rice porridge with some light accompaniments like tofu, vegetables and pork steamed in egg (a savoury custard). I have not been cooking all this while and I got takeouts for my family. So, during lunch time, I will buy 2 portions of the white porridge and side dishes – one of them I kept refrigerated until dinner time.

Dinner for my family was Domino’s Pizza yesterday and today, it will be McDonald’s…while my husband is not too happy about having fast food for dinner, the kids are all grinning and happily tucking into their meals.

For me, these days, my appetite is completely gone and I am eating just for the sake of eating.

    Day 4 Update -

For some weird reason, I started to develope double vision and a very bitter taste on my tongue this afternoon. Thought it must be due to the heavy medication that my gastrosurgeon prescribed me for my gastric pains. So, I couldn’t send my children to school in the afternoon and my husband had to take half the day off to do that for me.

I continued to drink my apple juice with each meal and by today, I would have finished more than 4 litres of apple juice.

Dinner for my family was a takeout of Hainanese Chicken Rice…..for me, it was white porridge with some stirfry bittergourd slices, tofu and 2 small pieces of chicken.

By today, my house is getting more untidy…luckily, my second daughter has been taking over some of the house chores for me…otherwise, my house would be like a pig’s sty!

I spent most of the time napping because of my double viision and some “whoozy” feeling….

    Day 5 Update -

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY – the end of my Gallbladder Cleanse, and so, I went to the pharmacy to buy 1 box of Epsom Salts..it costs only RM5.80, and stocked up on more Granny Smith apples and lemons.

Today, I started to switch to drinking fresh Granny Smith (green) apples because Dr Lai Chiu Nan (the Taiwanese doctor who came out with this natural remedy of removing gallstones) said green apple juice is better.

This morning was my scheduled appointment with my gastro-surgeon to find out about the results of the polyp found in my stomach during a scope done last Monday. Phew! The tissue of my stomach polyp was found to be benign (non-cancerous)…what a relief. I have overcame this stage safely and now, I will have to see if tomorrow, I can get rid of the gallstones naturally.

I also found out that the double-vision, bitter taste found on my tongue and the grogginess were caused by the strong medication and antibiotics prescribed by my doctor for my gastric pains..and stomach. I’m glad I only have 2 days more of the antibiotics to go and know that those uncomfortable side effects will go away soon.

Seems you are online now with me here? Cos you are replying as soon as I have finished my updates…

You think the bitter taste is a sign of the gall bladder cleansing is working with the apple juice? Now, that’s good news, too for me. I haven’t checked with Master atan yet on this bitter taste on my tongue.

You know, this bitter taste is so bad that it is every where in the mouth – tongue, throat, salive….and everytime I swallow my saliva, I taste this awful bitterness….it is like taking a bitter pill that has been grounded into powder and slowly tasting it in my mouth…without any help of water at all!

I tried drinking more apple juice to remove the awful taste…but that didn’t help…and I am really getting tired of the taste of apples.

Then, I chanced about my box of dried California Raisins and now, I eat one raisin at a time, slowly, so that the bitterness is overcome..and so far, this is working for me. Phew!

I will keep you all updated of my progress…

Day 6 Update – The Gallbladder Cleanse :D

Today is the big day. I am feeling relieved and yet worried because it is the end of my natural treatment to remove my gallstones. Relieved because it has been a long 6-day period of drinking a lot of apple juice. Worried because I am hoping that this natural remedy will work for me and I don’t have to for for surgery to remove my whole gall bladder. Worried also because I don’t know how much purging there will be.

It is now almost 5 pm, just an hour to go before I drink the glass of water with 1 tsp of Epsom Salt (magnesium sulphate). There will be no dinner for me today.

I was told that the Epsom salt tastes awful, but I am used to taking bitter Chinese herbal medicine, so this is not a problem. My worry is – how to drink the olive oil with lemon juice? The idea of drinking oil (125 ml or 1/2 cup) sounds really yucky to me.

Breakfast was a cup of unsweetened Milo and 2 slices of wholemeal bread without any butter nor jam.

My last meal was lunch at 1..30pm, consisting of a bowl of plain white rice porridge, with a cup of tofu, 2 small pieces of chicken and some stirfried cabbage.

Today, up until now, I have been sipping apple juice and drinking ample water…about 1 litre or 4 cups of apple juice, and 1 litre of water.

Last night, my mouth tasted bitter all the time, until this morning.

I will stop here for now, and will try to update more afterwards.

    Ah, my dearest ladies! :D

Am I glad I came in here for a moment – your very encouraging words and motivation sure gave me a big smile on my face as I am typing this. Thank you so much!

It is now 8.39 pm Malaysian time…I took my first glass of water with 1 tsp of Epsom Salt at 6pm sharp. Around 7pm, I started feeling and hearing a lot of “gurgling” or “bubbling” sounds in my stomach. The Chinese would describe these sounds as “glee glee gloh gloh”.

Heheh, I have got aromatherapy going on in the bathroom to soothe my nerves….thus far, other than the stomach activity, there is nothing happening yet.

At 8pm sharp, I took the second cup of water with Epsom Salt….and there is more noise and “activity” in my stomach. By now, I am getting a bit worried as there is no purging yet….I have slightly more than an hour before I take the olive oil and lemon juice….so, I am keeping my fingers crossed and lots of reading materials ready!

Oh, about the taste of Epsom Salt, there is just a faint taste, something like baking soda and so, it wasn’t bad at all.

Okay, I shall stop here for now and will come back with more updates shortly..

    With love and hugs,

I forgot to ask you earlier – did you have any gall stone symptoms and how did your doctor treat your gall stones with? I’m just curious because I am looking at all options other than surgery for treating this problem. One of my friends just told me this afternoon that her mother had nausea continously for many years after her gallbladder was removed.

Phoenix188 and Felicia told that their countries (France & Singapore respectively) have the facility whereby laser is used to break the gallstones into smaller sizes so that they can pass safely through the bile duct and excreted. But I have asked around, so far I could not find this procedure available in Malaysia.

Okay, I’m going to my room to rest now…

Oh, Im so sorry to feel you so worried! :(

No, I didn’t have stones but a” lazy” gallbladder which caused me troubles in my early 40s for several years: I had painful crisis often, couldn’t eat cabbage, cucumbers, spices and fried meat.Every crisis was followed by several days of migraines and nausea.

First I got treatment, but I really get well after changing my diet.I started to eat only fruits ( abd yes, mostly apples) until 2pm, then salads with grilled or steamed meat, low fat cheese and lots of teas.I keep this way of eating for more then 15 years now and I feel good,no gallbladder problems.

At this moment I can eat cabbage and cucumbers and spicy Chinese Food, but I never deep fry the meat; I put it in the oven and I also reduce a little bit the quantity of spices you recommend in your recipes….and it tastes great, believe me.

I hope you get rid of your stone by now and I’ll find you tomorrow well and happy.

Many te pups cu drag, dearest Rose! :D

Thank you for sharing your experience…now I know there is such a thing as a “lazy” gallbladder.

It is now 1.15 am….I don’t think I will be able to sleep tonight. A note to anyone doing this Gall Bladder Cleanse ===> please schedule the purge on a Saturday!  I have to drive my kids to school early this morning.

At 10pm sharp, I took one cup of equal portions of olive oil and lemon juice. I gave it a good stir until they don’t separate …..took a deep breath…held my breath and gulped the whole thing down in seconds.

Well, it didn’t taste as awful as I had thought it would be – the lemon juice masked the oily taste and smell.

After that, there were “many storms” brewing in my stomach and the sounds made were going slowly down the intestines. There was a bloating of stomach experienced (I am still feeling it) and a lot of burping. I’m not sure if this is a natural effect of this Cleanse or it is my stomach working up.

Still no purge yet…..I waited and waited…..

By midnight, I was getting hungry and I was worried that my gastric pains would work up. Dr. Lai’s instructions said to skip dinner but never mentioned anything about having food at midnight.

I decided to eat and only managed to have half a cup of unsweetened Milo and half a slice of wholemeal bread because of the bloated feeling in the stomach. Because of the sourness of the lemon juice, I am also having a heartburn starting. In a short while I will take some antacid tablets for it.

A warning for those with a history of gastric pains like me – do have all your medication ready when you do this cleanse in case you get heartburn or gastric pains.

At 1 am, the first purge expected from this Cleanse that I have been waiting for happened. I don’t know when will the next one be coming…

I’m just going to get some antacid now and try to catch some sleep. I have also applied some good Chinese medicated oil on my whole abdomen to help with the wind problem/bloatedness…..

    Bye for now….

You were right, it is well worth the effort and agony (I will post the results of the cleanse after this) and this is definitely better than going for the surgery.

I am sharing my experience here so that people would know what to expect when they do this cleanse.

Hope you have a wonderful trip to Pennsylvania.

Update at 8.10 am (Day 7)

To all of you that have been following my Gallbladder Cleanse for the last few hours ===> whoooo…hoooo, Dr. Lai Chiu Nan’s natural remedy to remove gall stones REALLY WORKS!!

I had another purge at 3am….but still no gall stones sighted. Went to bed at 3 am.

Had another bigger purge at 6am and this time, there were 9 dark greenish pellets of gall stones passed out. The 4 largest ones were about 0.6 cm big, whereas the rest were like 0.3 cm.

Please note that there is no pain at all in the purging process.
You can see some pictures of the gall stones excreted (not mine) from this website.

Wow, I was really amazed by the last results, and I’m so thankful to Dr. Lai for introducing this to us. A friend told me that Dr. Lai was here in Malaysia to give some health talks. She is Taiwanese born and moved to America for a few years. Later, when I have more time, I must look up her website on the Internet to learn more of her unique but safe treatment…I heard she has some natural remedies for cancer, too.

Right now, I am heading back to bed for a nap. I am all tired out.

With best wishes for good health to all of you,

    choesf :D

P.S. After what I have been through I would personally recommend Dr Lai’s natural and safe method of removing gallstones to anyone.

I spoke with Master atan and found out that it is most likely my problematic stomach that is causing all the bloatedness and noise.

He said these symptoms didn’t happen to him with his cleanse. I will check with more people and update here again.

Oh…also it is normal to have the gallbladder feel a little tender today.

    Hi Choesf,

Wow! Now that is some good news you have given. Let us thank GOD.
So is it all over now? Will you be going for a second ultra sound?

How are you feeling now? Mentally you must be so relieved and your family as well. I am so happy to see that you are alright now. All thanks to Dr Lai’s magic therapy.

Once you settle down in the normal routine with full zest and gusto, I have a request to make. Do you know of any therapy, which is natural and good for an enlarged liver? My mom has been detected in her ultra sound that her liver is a bit enlarged, although the doctor has said not to worry about it. I have not done any research yet on the net about the causes or repercussions of having a large liver. One thing is for sure that whenever she eats anything from outside or anything a bit oily, she gets a sure shot stomach problem like gastro pain and diarrhea, sometimes even vomiting.

Anyway this is if you have time. Right now you and your family must celebrate that the crisis has passed. I think doing this treatment once in 2 years is a good idea. I will have to find where I can get epsom salt in Chennai. Although I must admit that until it is required no one will to it by choice. Still it is good to know a remedy that works 100%.

Thanks to you, I know about this remedy now.

    Have a speedy recovery.

      Hi there, dear Manila :D

Yes, my family is so relieved that I got some of the gallstones out…even my husband said he wants to do this method of gallbladder cleanse, too, as soon as possible. I plan to rest my gallbladder for about a month and then do a second cleanse …to see what are the results, if there are more gallstones. I think there should be more. A friend was saying that the first time he did this cleanse, the gallstones were small and few, the next times, there were more and larger ones. I think it depends on how each of us have our gallstones formed inside our gallbladder and which ones get out through the bile duct first.

I’m very sorry to hear about your mom’s enlarged liver…and I will ask around for any proven natural remedy for that…and let you know.

Take care and have a wonderful week!

      Cheers!

Yes, way to go to avoid surgery indeed, dearest Rose! Phew! I am much relieved today. I’m so happy that I managed to cook a simple dinner tonight for my family. I’m still on a soft, liquid diet because I am taking it easy on my stomach. Today, I was staring at my son’s Nasi Lemak, it smelled and looked so good that I was yearning to be able to eat it…but can’t for now.

    Hi choesf!

How are you feeling? I really appreciate your willingness to share your gall bladder cleanse experience with everyone. And you have a wonderfully supportive family and doctor’s which make it a bit easier (though I’m sure this experience wasn’t easy) to do the cleanse.

I always wondered what this was like and it’s so good to hear about it from someone I can trust. I was told by my doctor last summer that I have a small gallstone, but that it’s nothing to worry about. But, a friend told me about this natural procedure and, to tell you the truth, I was and am a little scared to try it. But, after reading your account, I’m going to try it when school ends for me in a week.

I think the part that most worries me is the heartburn. Augh. That’s the worst.

Thank you so much for writing about this! I hope you are feeling well today.

      Hi there, dear rizo :D

I am feeling much better, slowly getting back to my daily routine after 10 days’ rest at home…thank you. I’m glad the sharing of my experience here has helped to you to get over some of the fear of doing this cleanse. After checking from a few persons who had done this cleanse, I understand that those of us that have some form of stomach problems to begin with..such as gastric pains, acid reflux, bloatedness…we will have more “discomfort” at the stomach after drinking the olive oil and lemon juice.

After seeking Master atan’s advice (he is also a healer other than a Feng Shui Master), I am starting my second cleanse on this Sunday. This time round, I will be better prepared and perhaps, I can fine tune the cleanse technique for better effect.

Some of the different things that I would do for my second cleanse are these -

      1) time my cleanse treatment to end on a Friday, so that I have the weekend to rest ..hence, that’s why I am starting this Sunday

      2) instead of gulping down the whole cup (250 ml) of olive oil and lemon juice in one go….I will take sips of it every 5 to 10 minutes. This is to prevent the oil from coming up as the oil will float above the lemon juice in the stomach, thus giving me an “oily” yucky feeling.

      3) to counter the nausea that I may feel from the olive oil, I will have some pineapple juice ready to sip.

      4) to counter the heartburn from the lemon juice, I have got some stronger antacid tablets ready

      5) I was restless and walking up and down during first cleanse after drinking the olive oil/lemon juice…..but I read from another site, that it is recommended that we lay down on our right side of our body in bed…so that more of the olive oil/lemon juice will flow into our gall bladder….and so, I will be resting in bed on my right side.

      6) rather than eating solid food at night when I get hungry, I will have some soy bean milk drink ready for sipping. I can’t go hungry or my gastric pains or wind will act up again.

      7) since it was mentioned by Dr Lai that green apples are better, I have ordered a box of Granny Smith apples from my grocer and I will be taking mainly green apple juice or eating them.
      8) my second daughter, Tasha, is also doing the cleanse together with me….we are just curious how is the condition of an 18 year-old teenager’s gall bladder.

Someone told me his second cleanse resulted in more and larger gallstones removed. Hopefully, this is the case but every person I spoke to so far have different results…so, it’s pretty subjective. One person said he purged one time only throughout the whole night. Someone said she didn’t purge out any gallstones after the cleanse but her ultrasound scan done after the cleanse showed that her gallstone was smaller in size.

One of the good effects of the gallbladder cleanse reported by many people was an increase of energy and certainly, I felt more energetic despite being on a low-calorie, low fat, soft diet. I was told my stomach problems like wind, bloatedness and indigestion will go away once my gall bladder is cleaned up.

Hope you will have a smoothsailing and successful gallbladder cleanse!

      Do have a good weekend!

      With best wishes,

      choesf :D

Thank you for checking in. Yes, it does seem like an ordeal..I’m really tired of apple juice now. But this sure beats having to go for surgery to remove my gallbladder…I am so scared of surgery!

The worst part of the whole gallbladder cleanse for me was having to go hungry for 18 hours or so. I’m the type that gets hypoglaecymic when I don’t get proper food.

I will surely update my progress here. Hmmm, come to think of it, if there is anyone out there who would like to do this natural gallbladder cleanse, they can join me in my 3rd cleanse and we shall have an “Apple Juice Party” here together! I will post here 1 week before I start.

    Dear choesf,
I’ve completed the 6 days process TWICE with a gap of 2 days in between. after my second time, i did the ultrasound test and my doctor told me that i still have MULTIPLE TINY STONES in my gall bladder.
From time to time, I’ve been reading your posts. Infact, your information and guidelines helped me a lot. But you didn’t mention about your ultrasound reports after 1st and second time process. if you didn’t know the gall stones condition, then what was the reason of repeating the process. are you doing this processs without consulting your doctor? As for myself, the doctor told me not to do it for the third time before 3 or 4 months. did you discuss this matter with any of your friends or with the doctor.

By the way, is it possible to have direct contact vai email with doctor Lee?

    Regards,
    Waheba

      happyhomemaker88 said,

Hi there and welcome, dear Waheba :D

Thank you for sharing your gallbladder treatment experiences. Did you count how many gallstones were passed out for those 2 treatments? I was told usually the small stones passed out are about 0.2 cm.

No, I have not gone for my second ultrasound scan because I thought I would need to do at least 3 treatments/cleanses before we will see a marked improvement in results. I was told that the second time and after, there would be more gallstones passed out. But I guess a lot depends on each individual on the success of each treatment.

I did my cleanses with a lot of advice and guidance from many friends and healers who had gone through the experiences themselves..all with 100 % positive results. I was advised to do my first and second treatments with a two-week gap, and the third one to be 1 to 2 months away. Thus far, the only doctor I have consulted regarding my gallstone had scared me a lot and he discouraged me on the apple juice cleanse. However, for one of my friends who did the cleanse, her doctor had actually encouraged her to do the cleanse to remove her gallstones naturally instead of going for surgery. So, in my opinion, different doctors will give different advice but it all boils down to whether they want to earn a lot of money out of our situation by asking us to go for surgery.

I will be seeing another doctor for my second ultrasound scan.

I’m afraid I don’t have any contact with Dr. Lai but you can Google about her – do a search for “Dr. Lai Chiu Nan”.

With best wishes for good health,

      Hi there, dear babe :D

I just finished my 3rd gallbladder cleanse yesterday with positive results. I will be posting my review of this cleanse shortly.

For this last cleanse, I also did not get any urge to purge on the night of Day 6 (Purge Day), unlike the 1st cleanse. I didn’t want this cleanse to turn out like the 2nd cleanse (when there was no purge at all). So, I had a contingency plan, i.e. to follow another method (not Dr. Lai’s) which is to continue drinking 2 times the Epsom salt solution and 1 time the olive oil/lemon juice on the morning of Day 7.

This further step helped me to go to the bathroom 2 times in the afternoon of Day 7 and I could see more gallstones passed out – about 3 big ones and a few smaller ones. As a result, this time, I had to go without food (fast) for 28 hours but I didn’t feel hungry at all. Today, I am feeling great and energetic, much lighter and not tired at all.

Now, I am gathering the courage to go to the hospital soon to do a 2nd ultrasound scan of my gallbladder to check on the condition of that 2.3 cm gallstone. I’m excited and scared at the same time to know the results of the scan. I will be sure to let you all know the results.

      Do have a lovely weekend!

      With best wishes,

I am not a typical visitor here but came acroos the home remedy for gallstones while searching the web like everyone else. Would like to point out that I am just a nobody that needed help and was to poor to go to the doctor. I am not affiliated with any organization that forced me to write this. I am like you and just needed help. So I tried this apple juice, apple, epsom salt, virgin olive oil + fresh sqeeze lemon juice cure figuring I had nothing to lose. I must say that I was skeptical and had many doubts as to if this would work but I commited myself to trying and stuck with it for the full six days. Everything went well up until the last step with the oil + lemon juice. I started to have very severe pain after drinking it but just relaxed and tried to muscle through. Nothing was happening that night after the drink but pain. After I woke up the next morning the pain was mostly gone and I finally purged. Not sure why it took all night but it did. When I did purge I found many stones and was delighted to see my efforts paid off. I was so happy. Not sure if all my stones purged but in about a month I think I will do it again. After 3 times of this I will check with a doctor to see if I was successful in my efforts. So if you are reading this and wondering if it really does work I can tell you without a doubt that it worked for me. I am NOT a doctor so try at your own risk but for me it was well worth it. Have cured myself for less than $20 and for someone that lives paycheck to paycheck it was an organ saver. I am writing this to give thanks to the doctor that came up with this remedy and to the people that made this website. For if it wasn’t for all of you I would be having a surgery on Monday.

Thank you all once again and have a nice day.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience on using Dr.Lai’s method of removing gallstones naturally. I’m really glad that it has worked for you, too and you managed to pass out some gallstones.

I’m embarassed to say that I have yet to go for my second ultra-sound scan to check on the condition of my large gallstone….I am scared to know the results. But I can say that after 3 times of gallbladder cleanses, I don’t have gastric pains, bloating nor indigestion anymore. I know I have to go for that scan again to say for sure that this cleansing method works…but let me gather my courage to that scan first and I will be sure to inform everyone here of my results then.

Hi there and welcome, dear Janine :D

I did a second cleanse last week with Day 6 (Purge Day) ending on Friday. Surprisingly, this time around…I didn’t have any of the purging expected….no discomfort nor wind nor bloatedness in the stomach..nothing. I was feeling very normal except for some hunger pangs! I didn’t get the urge to go to the toilet at all until 24 hours after I started taking the Epsom Salt to purge. This was really strange indeed. This time round, I had drank mainly fresh green apple juice and ate whole green apples.

I spoke with Master atan and he said this is likely to be a good sign that my gall bladder condition is better. But he told me to wait for at least 1 or 2 months before I do my third cleanse to give my body a rest for now.

So, I would be doing a third cleanse sometime end of next month because I am also eager to get the 3 cleanses over with so that I can have another ultrasound scan done to check on the condition of my gallbladder, whether the large gallstone has reduced in size, or even better, has gone. I will report the results of my 3rd cleanse here also.

    Do have a lovely day!

I forgot to add earlier that my 18-year old daughter did the gallbladder cleanse with me last week…I was curious as to how a teenager’s gallbladder would fare. While I didn’t purge at all, my daughter purged a lot – about 8 times in total from 11 pm after she took the Epsom Salts/Olive Oil/Lemon Juice….until noon the next day. But alas, she was too busy purging and didn’t observe if she passed out any gallstones at all.

But I gathered that she must have purged out some toxins, perhaps some fat and she gave her gallbladder and liver a good cleanse indeed.

Perhaps, on my third cleanse next month, I will get my 23-year old daughter to do it together with me and then see how she fare.
